This summer, as part of our training partnership, 4S Consulting Team continues to train Managers of Managers of CEVA Logistics (Group CMA CGM), on their 3 x 2-day face-to-face training course, known as MOST, which we have tailor-made and co-constructed with you.
👉 July saw the continuation and completion of the training programme (Module 3/3) for the 1st group to be formed, with the programme for the last 2 days including: Managing your team's performance... Creating your Roadbook... Being a collaborative manager... The Manager's Toolbox... and much more 💪
