ICI FORMATION asked 4S to develop and "grow" its sales force!
4S Consulting is very proud to have been chosen by ICI Formation (Group StepStone) to coach and train its sales team.
The objective is to put the basics of sales back in place (customer discovery, sales pitch...), to develop their business (what is trade), to develop the outgoing (how to do it?), to manage and/or avoid entering into a conflict, to develop their customer communication (active listening...)... and to make them grow on their individual foundations via a lively 1-day face-to-face training session, on August 29, 2022, in Paris.
