For 2024, FNAC DARTY has chosen 4S Consulting to coach its after-sales technical tutor referents.
4S Consulting has just completed the "first wave" of referral coaching. FnacDarty in their IDF, Nantes, Domazan, Limonest and Englos after-sales services!
THE TEAM 4S Consulting worked with 3 of them, on the customer side (consultant + technician + 4S coach) and in the workshops... and the feedback was excellent 🏆🤩!!!!
