Objective: Coach After-Sales Service Representatives in the workshop and on the customer side FnacDarty, with the aim to "beef up" their posture, communication and ability to monitor, evaluate and help newly recruited technicians and apprentices to grow throughout their training, with the ultimate aim of improving the KPIs of each after-sales service!
