In 2024, NAAREA chose 4S CONSULTING to train and coach its Managers.
As in 2023, NAAREA asked in 2024 to 4S Consulting continue to lead and train its Managers around a training programme created specifically and tailor-made for them by 4S Consultingto develop their posture, mindset and operational management skills.
Objective: To create managerial consistency by providing basic management skills and other specific skills (managerial posture, helping teams to grow, motivating teams, etc.), strengthening them and developing their skills.
