For 2 days last week, 4S Consulting and his team were in Chilly-Mazarin to coach the After-Sales Service Tutor Referrers. Fnac Darty 🤗 !!!
Objectives assigned to 4S Consulting from Fnac Darty : To "improve" the posture of tutors and technical advisors in the after-sales service (vs. inter-generational difficulties), their communication (vs. apprentice, technician and customer) and to strengthen their ability to monitor, assess, develop and upgrade the skills of their apprentices throughout their training, as well as new technicians and young employees.
