Winning Pitch Coaching 4S for U-SPRING 2024 candidates.
For its 9th edition in 2024, the teams of U-Spring (Printemps des Universités d'entreprise) have asked 4S Consulting to coach all candidates who wish to do so and who submit an application in one of the five categories rewarding their training project, on the subjects of: "Onboarding", "Softskills", "CSR", "Diversity and inclusion" and "Innovative teaching methods".
We were therefore delighted to coach the candidates in two stages, in video and face-to-face sessions, to help them develop even more STRUCTURE in their PITCH, and the CONFIDENCE to speak, in their POSTURE as well as in their words, to CONVINCE and "IMPACT" their jury 👍
Result: 11 companies and 20 candidates coached, in 5 categories 💪
